Shipping Methods & Costs:

  • USPS Ground – Flat Rate within the U.S. Typically 5-7 business days.
  • USPS Priority – Cost calculated at checkout
  • Kimmy’s Kandles does not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Special/Custom Orders – Shipping costs will be calculated after the specificity of the order is determined
  • Free Local Dropoff – Available in Washougal & Camas upon request.

Processing Time:

  • All candles are handmade to order. Orders are shipped after completion, not at the time of purchase.
  • Processing time may vary depending on order volume and complexity.

Tracking & Notifications:

  • Tracking information will be provided for USPS Priority and Expedited special/custom orders.

Product Support

Replacement Eligibility:

  • Replacements are available only for broken or defective items.
  • Customers must provide photo proof of the damage.
  • A replacement will be mailed within 7 business days of approval.

Time Frame for Claims:

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item.
